Standard Flow Liners – Protection & Efficiency for Expansion Joints
At Connectall LTD, we supply standard flow liners designed as internal sleeves for metal expansion joints. These liners reduce turbulence, protect against erosion, and improve flow dynamics—ensuring longer bellows life and optimized system efficiency.
Key Features of Standard Flow Liners:
Turbulence Reduction – promotes smoother fluid flow through the expansion joint.
Erosion Protection – shields bellows from wear in high-velocity or abrasive media service.
System Efficiency – minimizes pressure drop and enhances flow performance.
Durable Construction – engineered from stainless steel and other alloys to match system requirements.
Extended Service Life – improves longevity of bellows by reducing direct media impact.
Applications:
Standard flow liners are ideal for:
High-Velocity Fluid Systems – minimizing turbulence and erosion.
Abrasive Media Applications – protecting bellows from premature wear.
Industrial Process Piping – improving efficiency in chemical, power, and utility systems.
Exhaust & Ventilation Systems – enhancing flow characteristics in hot-air or gas lines.
